NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Agreed Upon Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 21, 2013 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, dated July 29, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-02017-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein NEW YORK COMMUNITY BANK, is the Plaintiff and STEVEN UNDERWOOD A/K/A STEVEN J. UNDERWOOD; LINDA UNDERWOOD, his wife; FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, a federally chartered savings bank; PRIMUS AUTOMOTIVE FINANCIAL SERVICES, an inactive corporation, dba LANDROVER CAPITAL GROUP dba FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY LLC; JOHN DOE; MARY DOE; AND/OR ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, are the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on October 24, 2013, described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 3, Fourth Addition to Belle Vista Beach, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 13, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with that land lying between the southwesterly boundary of said Lot 3 and the seawall being bounded on the north and south by the Southwesterly extension of the Northwesterly and Southwesterly lot lines.
Property Address: 3920 Belle Vista Drive East, St. Pete Beach, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. Failure of any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, other than the property owner, to file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale will result in a loss of entitlement to surplus funds.
