NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-013975, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF HELEN M. MITCHELL, DECEASED; PATRICIA JOHNSON AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE HELEN MITCHELL REVOCABLE TRUST, UTD OCTOBER 2, 1998; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE HELEN MITCHELL REVOCABLE TRUST, UTD OCTOBER 2, 1998; TIERRA VERDE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; JANE DOE N/K/A GAIL BLEDSOE, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 17th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK 39, TIERRA VERDE UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE 42-55 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
