NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 2, 2013 and entered in Case No. 09-017557-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-4 is the Plaintiff and JAMES R MITCHELL JR; KYLE A MITCHELL; JAMES HOULIHAN; MARY HOULIHAN; WATERSIDE AT COQUINA KEY SOUTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A KENNY CLARK are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 09/13/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
