CITY OF DUNEDIN MARKET MANAGER SERVICES RFP 13-1008 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) PROCEDURES
The City of Dunedin is soliciting proposals from individuals/firms qualified to perform the services of a Market Manager for the City's Green Market. The Green Market is held on Fridays and Saturdays between the hours of 8:00am and 2:00 pm from November 2013 - April 2014. In addition, the Green Market is held on Saturdays between the hours of 8:00am and 2:00 pm from May 2014 - July 2014. The Green Market is held in the City's Pioneer Park located on Main Street. The Market Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the Green Market. This includes the recruitment of vendors, customer relations, event planning and coordination and any other work necessary to facilitate the Green Market.

Proposals are due no later than the time and date noted above. Any proposals received after that time and date will not be opened. Any individual requiring special assistance must notify the Purchasing Office in writing 48 hours in advance so that arrangements can be made.
