NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-012432-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB. is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF EDWARD W. BEEHNER JR., DECEASED; UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE EDWARD W. BEEHNER JR. TRUST UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 29, 2007; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE EDWARD W. BEEHNER JR. TRUST UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 29, 2007; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDWARD W. BEEHNER JR.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 29th day of August, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 300, SKY LAKE UNIT TWO, REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK X, PAGES 111 AND 112, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
