NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 30th day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-29277, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and CHARLOTTE JONES; SUNBROOK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A VERA MEJIA; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 3rd day of September, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 5846 (THE UNIT) IN SUNBROOK A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3141, PAGES 871 THROUGH 929, TOGETHER WITH A SURVEY AND PLOT PLAN RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM EXHIBIT BOOK 5, PAGES 107 THROUGH 110, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AMENDMENT IF ANY TO SAID DECLARATION (SAID DECLARATION AND AMENDMENTS IF ANY HEREAFTER COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE DECLARATION) TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO INCLUDING AS UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPERTAINING TO THE UNIT AS MORE PARTICULARLY SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
