NOTICE IS GIVEN that in accordance with the summary final judgment entered on August 2, 2013, in Civil Action No. 13-CA-51702 the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida in which JAMES F. ROSE, MARGARET M. ROSE, et. al. were the Defendants and SW LINEAR INVESTMENT GROUP, LLC, the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on October 2, 2013 at Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes the following real property:
Lot 12, Block 16, LELAND HEIGHTS, Unit 3, Section 32, Township 44 South, Range 27 east, LEHIGH ACRES, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book9, Page 126, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
