NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-2009-CA-006637, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida. SUNTRUST BANK is Plaintiff and LONNA L. BRACK A/K/A LONNA SANTIAGO; DEEP CREEK CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC. FKA HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION OF DEEP CREEK PARK, INC.; SECTION 20 PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 27 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, BLOCK 539, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 20, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 2-A THROUGH 2-Z-42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
