NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 16, 2013 and entered in Case No. 08-2013-CA-000452 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and CANDY F. RAMIREZ; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CANDY F. RAMIREZ N/K/A DAVID L. KENDRICK; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 14 day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
