Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 23, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida described as:
LOT 19, BLOCK 2791, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 33, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 35A THRU 35F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 21923 CALVIN LANE, PORT CHARLOTTE, FL 33952; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on NOVEMBER 18, 2013 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
