NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 31, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-006171 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 6th day of September, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT THE INTERSECTION OF MRS. LYTHIA J. GODBOLD`S PROPERTY ON THE NORTH WHERE HER LINE CROSSES THE WEST SIDE OF SYCAMORE STREET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 50 FEET ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF SYCAMORE STREET; THENCE RUN WEST 142.5 FEET; THENCE NORTH 50 FEET; THENCE EAST 142.5 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; BEING A PART OF LOT A, FOWLER`S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BRADENTON, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 108, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
