NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2013CA000726AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BC4, is the Plaintiff and GREGORY P. LANGE, JR. A/K/A GREGORY LANGE. JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GREGORY P. LANGE, JR. A/K/A GREGORY LANGE, JR. AKA MARY LANGE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on AUGUST 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 3, CEDAR MANOR, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
