NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 41-2012-CA-00036 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2006-OPT1 TRUST, ASSET BACKED FUNDING CORPORATION ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT1, is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL MAGHELLA; ANDREA MAGHELLA; FRESH MEADOWS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on AUGUST 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 51, BLOCK C, FRESH MEADOWS SUBDIVISION, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
