NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 3, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 10CA006971 of the 12th Judicial Circuit in Bradenton, Manatee County, Florida, R. B. Chips Shore, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. EST on September 6, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT C-3103, HIDDEN HOLLOW, F/K/A HORIZON DESOTO LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 623, PAGES 2 THROUGH 70, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 4, PAGES 33 THROUGH 41, AND AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 12, PAGES 56 THROUGH 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
