NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 31, 2013, and entered in Case No. 41-2012-CA-003564 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein PNC Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Jason W. Pritchard; Rachel M. Pritchard, a/k/a Rachel Michele Brock; Unknown Spouse of Rachel M. Pritchard a/k/a Rachel Michele Brock, if any n/k/a Aaron Crane; PNC Bank, NA successor by merger to National City Bank; Sabal Harbour Homeowners Association, Inc.; and Unknown Tenant(s), are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on September 6, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 15, SABAL HARBOUR, PHASE 1-B, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 33, Pages 170 through 175, of the public records of Manatee County, Florida
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
