NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 2, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 2008 CA 011402 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC ASSET BACKED SECURITES TRUST SERIES 2005-WF1, is the Plaintiff and BRIAN JO LICHTERMAN; MARY JO LICHTERMAN; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; PRESERVE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 09/13/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
