Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 24, 2012, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on July 29, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 105, A/K/A UNIT 5, BUILDING 18, PHASE 1, GREENBROOK WALK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2055, PAGE 1613, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN COMMON AREAS AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on September 11, 2013 at 11:00 AM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
