NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 3, 2013 in Civil Case No.:2011 CA 006256, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff, and, EDDIE R. SPICER; SHARON I. SPICER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A SUSAN WALKER; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A JEFF WALKER; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. “Chips” Shore, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on September 4, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
ALL THE PARCEL OF LAND IN THE CITY OF SARASOTA, MANATEE COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1252, PAGE 1044, ID#6631810006, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 3, BLOCK J, BROOKSIDE ADDITION TO WHITFIELD ESTATES AS PER PLATTHEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 33 THRU 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
