NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Agreed Summary Final Judgment dated April 17, 2013, and entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-003342 in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, wherein IX St Portfolio 16, L.P., is Plaintiff and Capstone Construction Group, LLC, Robert Lodge, Ryan Lodge and Shane Rogers, are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder, or bidders, for cash, via the Internet: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 11th day of September, 2013 the real and personal property described as follows and as set forth in said Agreed Summary Final Judgment situate in Manatee County, Florida:
