NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 15, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-006995 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Scott Joseph Moore a/k/a Scott J. Moore and Pamela Jean Moore a/k/a Pamela J. Moore, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on September 17, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 104, CORDOVA LAKES PHASE I, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 150 AND 151, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
