NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 17, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-008774 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and James N. Toma a/k/a James Toma are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on September 17, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 303, BUILDING 18, WATERCREST PHASE 4, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1997, PAGES 4030 THROUGH 4123, AND ALL SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 33, PAGE 17, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
