NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 15, 2013 and a Final Judgment dated June 12, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 41-2012-CA-006685, DIVISION: D, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff, and ROGER A. MARQUIS; MARION T. MARQUIS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
R.B. “Chips” Shore, the Clerk of Court Shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at an online public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 30th day of August, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK “B”, OF BILTMORE GARDENS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 147, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 201 32ND STREET WEST, BRADENTON, FL 34205
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
