BELFORD, III, deceased, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown waning to have any right, title, or interest in and to the real property which is subject to this action, AND ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you in the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, to enforce a lien on the following property in Manatee County, Florida:
Lot 7, Melwood Oaks Phase IIB, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 3, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Randolph L.
