NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 41 2012 CA 001190 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-7, is the Plaintiff and THOMAS HARRIS A/K/A THOMAS J. HARRIS A/K/A THOMAS JAMES HARRIS; CITIFINANCIAL SERVICES, INC; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION, III A CORPORATION; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC; MANATEE COUNTY CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on AUGUST 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, ONWEGO PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 120, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
