NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 05, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 12-2604-CC of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m, on the 3 day of SEPTEMBER, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 8021, JASPER AT SAPPHIRE LAKES, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 2559, Page 2848, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
