Notice is given that pursuant to a Final Judgment dated April 12, 2013, in Case No. 12-CA-4393 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which STONEGATE BANK, is the Plaintiff and FRANKLIN AND DEBRA NORTON are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Third Floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, of the Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Florida, at 11:00 AM on September 9, 2013, the following described property set forth in the order of final judgment:
Lot 9 MADISON MEADOWS, according to the Plat thereof, as Recorded in Plat Book 19, Pages 14 and 15, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida .
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
