NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated June 4, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2011-CA-01046, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY, is Plaintiff, and CORNEL D. LEE A/K/A CORNEL DEHSUN LEE A/K/A CORNEL DEHSUN LEE; FIFTH THIRD BANK; ORANGE TREE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; WATERWAYS OF NAPLES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; DIANE W. LYNN LEE A/K/A DIANE WELLS LEE A/K/A DIANE WELLS LEE; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are Defendant(s).
DWIGHT E. BROCK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of September, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment to wit:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: LOT 125, WATERWAYS OF NAPLES UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 39 THROUGH 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 3422 ALLEGHENY CT, NAPLES, FL 34120.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
