NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-7648-CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2007-1 is Plaintiff and CARIDAD MORALES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARIDAD MORALES; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 3rd day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK B, SOUTH TAMIAMI HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
