Notice is given that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered, in Case No. 2012-1220 CA, in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, in which CAPITAL BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff and BUCKLEY GROWERS OF FLORIDA, INC. a Florida corporation, THOMAS E. BUCKLEY, JR. a/k/a THOMAS BUCKLEY, an individual, ASHLEY K. BUCKLEY a/k/a ASHLEY BUCKLEY, an individual, FIFTH THIRD BANK, an Ohio corporation, and all other unknown parties claiming by, through or under named defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder, at the Lobby 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on September 9, 2013 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time the following-described property set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto, and said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure.

LOT 202, BLOCK C, INDIGO LAKES, UNIT ONE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 76 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. (the “Real Property”)
Including:
All fixtures; all accessions, additions, replacements, and substitutions relating to any of the foregoing; all records of any kind relating to any of the foregoing; all proceeds relating to any of the foregoing (including insurance) located or related to the Real Property.
