Yerger, Esq., attorney for Cynthia Ann Reyes Gomez , whose address is 1570 Shadowlawn Drive, Naples, FL 34104 on or before September 20, 2013 and file the original with the clerk of this Court at Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Suite 102, Naples, FL 34112, before service on Petitioner or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
