THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 54, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 18, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 7 AND 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 330 12TH AVENUE NORTHEAST, NAPLES, FL 34120
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, such Morris Hardwick Schneider, LLC, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 5110 Eisenhower Blvd, Suite 302A, Tampa, FL 33634 on or before within 30 days of 1st publication and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
