NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated FEBRUARY 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-004076-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and MELISSA G. MATTHEWS C/O POE, PASCO SHERIFF'S OFFICE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on SEPTEMBER 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 265 OF EMBASSY HILLS UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 86, 87, AND 88 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
