NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 22, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-001179-WS (J3) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Plaintiff and Ida Belle Korchyk a/k/a Ida B. Korchyk, Individually and as Trustee of the Ida Belle Korchyk Revocable Living Trust Dated April 7, 1999 are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on September 5, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT B, BUILDING 7, VILLAGE WOODS, PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AND A PERCENTAGE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1082, PAGE 1933 THROUGH 1999, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO , AND AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 23 THROUGH 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
