NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 23, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-010905-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Kyle G. Hoyt and Nicole Noreck are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on September 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK B, MASSACHUSETTS HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 51, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
