NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 24, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2008-CA-001694-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, and pursuant to Florida Statutes ยง45.031, Paula S. O'Neil Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on the September 10, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
