NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-004004 WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff and COLLEEN N. CROZIER; JOSEPH M. FLOYD; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; THE RESERVE AT GOLDEN ACRES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; GOLDEN ACRES ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 5th day of September 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 54, THE RESERVE AT GOLDEN ACRES, PHASE 5A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE(S) 106 AND 107, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
