NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 23, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2010-CA004449 ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARTHA E. DELGADO N/K/A LUIS DELGADO, MARTHA E DELGADO, MARTHA E MILLARES, MARTHA E. MILLARES, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARTHA E. MILLARES N/K/A PEDRO VALDES, MARTHA E. DELGADO, CHELSEA MEADOWS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC AS NOMINEE FOR OPTEUM FINANCIAL SERVICES, LLC, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on September 05, 2013, at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
