NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 31st day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 58-2008-CA-002910, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein JP MORGAN CHASE NATIONAL BANK, f/k/a WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA is the Plaintiff DIANE COLBY; WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK FA; ROBERT E COLBY JR A/K/A R. COLBY; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 4th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, MONTE VERDE AT VILLA MIRADA, A SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
