NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 22, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 008762 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2012-13 , is the Plaintiff and , are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on August, 27, 2013 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, VENICE GARDENS SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
