NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 22, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk shall sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
Lot 35, Block 919, 20th Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 8, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
At public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on August 27, 2013 at 9:00 a.m.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
