NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 002598 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff and , YULIA KUZENKO F/K/A IOULIA NATALENKO; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF YULIA KUZENKO F/K/A IOULIA NATALENKO; and YEVGENIY V NATALENKO A/K/A YEVGENIY NATALENKO; and CHARLESTON PARK HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; and JOCKEY CLUB OF NORTH PORT PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT #1; and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 A.M. on the 3rd day of September , 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 2624, FIFTY-SECOND ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
