NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JUNE 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 58-2009-CA-020412 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and ANIBAL ADAMES; LYDIA HERNANDEZ; SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A HECTOR HERNANDEZ are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on SEPTEMBER 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1337, LAKE SARASOTA, UNIT NO. 14, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 95, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
