NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 16, 2013 and Order Extending Sale Date, dated June 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-008581 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NEW YORK COMMUNITY BANK is the Plaintiff and CARLA J. POLINS a/k/a CARLA POLINS, et al., are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 16th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 8, of Winslow Beacon, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 22, page(s) 48, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1705, page 1209 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
