NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2013, entered in Case No. 2007 CA 014312 SC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Susan Olivieri aka Susan M. Olivieri; Unknown Spouse of Susan Olivieri aka Susan M. Olivieri; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., as nominee for Aclarian Mortgage,Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 4th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, BLOCK 201, 6TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 34, 34A THROUGH 34G, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
