NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 29TH, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 019943 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and , JOANNE SOUCY; and JEFF SHEEDY; and ACHIEVA CREDIT UNION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO SARASOTA COASTAL CREDIT UNION; and MEADOWLAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 A.M. on the 29th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit H-2, MEADOWLAKE III, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 1252, Page 1123, as amended from time to time and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book11, Page 14, and as amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
