NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 10, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-004010 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR SARM 05-19XS is Plaintiff and GINO SEDILLO A/K/A GINO J. SEDILLO, LAS PALMAS OF SARASOTA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., JANE DOE N/K/A DAVID EPPENGEL, JOHN DOE N/K/A JAMES WISMER, GINO SEDILLO AKA GINO J. SEDILLO, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on September 09, 2013, at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 103, BUILDING 5, LAS PALMAS OF SARASOTA, A LUXURY CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT #2004247846, AS AMENDED IN INSTRUMENT # 2004247847, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
