NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 17, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2007 CA 014731 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and TINA M VALENTE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR; COUNTRY CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 16th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
