NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of May, 2008, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 001088 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Sarasota County's Public Auction website, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on the 10th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE N. 00° 13` 11” W, ALONG THE WESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF MINK ROAD, 299.59 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE S. 89 DEG. 42` 44” W. 292.35 FEET; THENCE S. 00 DEG. 13` 11” E. 303.77 FEET; THENCE S. 88 DEG. 53` 37” W. 593.84 FEET TO THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF A COUNTY DRAINAGE CANAL; THENCE N. 28 DEG. 50` 06” W, ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID DRAINAGE CANAL 323.59 FEET; THENCE N. 89 DEG. 42` 44” E. 648.75 FEET ; THENCE N. 00° 13'11” W. 108.00 FEET; THENCE N. '°89° 42' 44” E. 392.35 FEET TO THE WESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF MINK ROAD; THENCE S. 00 DEG. 13` 11” E. ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID MINK ROAD 80.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
