NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 25, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-012463-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and RAYMOND T BRIGHAM; CAROLYN M BRIGHAM; LAKE OF THE WOODS OF JACARANDA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; LAKE OF THE WOODS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE LAKES OF JACARANDA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 24th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
