NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 29, 2013 in Civil Case No. 58-2012-CA-005513 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST BANK is Plaintiff and LENORE M SANCHEZ, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LENORE M SANCHEZ A/K/A JESSE S. SUTTON, SOUTH VENICE CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC. , REGIONS BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on September 03, 2013, at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 1067 AND 1068, OF SOUTH VENICE, UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
